No, your client does not need to register. When they click on the link that you sent them, they will be taken directly into the application. However, their view will be very restricted so that they can only see the questionnaire that they are completing (plus some of the educational materials). They will not be able to see your dashboard, reports, or any other information about any of your other clients.
